Accommodations:
Accommodations for graduating students are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All rooms are single occupancy in Bigelow or Bennett House. If these residences are full, Edwards House will be used as overflow.
Some rooms include shared ensuite bathrooms.
Cancellation:
After completing the reservation form, you will receive an email confirmation. To make changes to your booking, please contact:

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before check‑in.
Cancellations received after the 72‑hour deadline will incur a one‑night charge.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of check‑in.
